To make the dressing, mix together the honey, rice wine vinegar, mayo, mustard and sesame oil. Refrigerate the dressing. Heat the frying oil to 350°F. Beat the egg with the milk. In another shallow bowl, mix together the corn flakes, flour, salt and pepper. Cut the chicken breast into 5 long strips. Dip the strips into the egg / milk mixture then coat with the flour / corn flake mix. Fry until golden brown. Drain on a wire rack. Start the salad by mixing the chopped romaine, red cabbage, Napa cabbage and carrots. Garnish with the green onion, almonds and chow mein noodles. Arrange the chicken on top of the salad. Heat oven to 350º. Grease rectangular pan, 13 × 9 × 2 inches. Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in large bowl with spoon. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in nuts. Spread batter in pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While baking, make the cream cheese frosting. Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla in medium bowl. Gradually beat in powdered sugar with spoon until smooth and spreadable. Let the bars cool completely. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting. Cut into 6 row by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
